NETWORK MODEL OF LOGISTICS SYSTEM

Petrov Andrey Evgenyevich, Professor of Department of Computer aided design and engineering design, Ph.D &D.Sc., Professor, National University of Science and Technology MISIS (NUST MISIS), Department of Computer aided design and engineering design

Abstract

A network model of product transportation flows in a logistics system is presented based on the application of the tensor method for modeling systems when the structure is changed. Analysis of changes in the behavior of systems when changing routes for transporting products of subsystems on a network model allows you to find an optimal solution and increases safety. The problem of logistics associated with the transportation of material flows in conditions of a different choice of routes is considered.

KEYWORDS: network model, tensor method, path transformation matrices, duality invariant, logistics system, product transportation.

Abstract

The article presents the history of the development of progress indicators in assessing sustainability and sustainable development under the influence of emergencies of various genesis. It is shown that for the first time the specialists of the International Scientific School of Sustainable Development named after P.G. Kuznetsov proposed indicators for assessing the consequences of emergency situations based on measurable values. Later in 2015 as part of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030. indicators for assessing the consequences of disasters for the entire world community were discussed.

KEYWORDS: disasters of various origins, progress indicators, sustainability and sustainable development of territories.

TENSOR METHODOLOGY FOR SEARCHING THE OPTIMAL STRUCTURE OF A SYSTEM WITH IMPOSED CONSTRAINTS

Kutergin Vladimir Alekseevich, Ph.D., Professor, Сhairman of the board of directors of BFG-group Holdings

Shadrin Alexander Sergeevich, Project Manager, BFG-Group Ltd.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the use of the tensor methodology of finding the solution to the optimal structure of an (transport. Infocommunication) network with imposed constraints in the form of physical or technological parameters on the example of a transport problem. To introduce restrictions, we propose a method for replacing the branch with the imitation of the node pair, which allows us to preserve the original dimensionality of the space of the problem under consideration and use the found software implementation of the search model for an optimal solution of the original problem with different initial conditions without calculating a new model for a network of another dimension. As a result, the optimal structure of the telecommunication network was found by the criterion of minimizing the cost of delivering the information flow to the recipients without the need to upgrade the infrastructure through the use of reserves and alternative routes.

APODICTIC FOUNDATIONS FOR MODELING SOCIAL STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT SUBJECTS

Maslova Natalia Vladimirovna, Doctor of Psychology, Candidate of historical sciences, president of Noospheric Academy of Science and Education, member of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences

Abstract

One of the most important tasks in the framework of Russia’s achievement of sustainable development goals is the task of assembling a Russian social strategic subject. Social strategic subjects are ideal examples of integrated biosocial systems, the striving for the real implementation of which contributes to an increase in the security and sustainability of development at the individual, social, planetary, universal levels of human existence. At various levels of being, a social subject acquires information, energy and experience in comprehending and realizing the evolutionary principles of life and activity; a certain evolutionary principle is associated with each level. Based on the simulation results, it was determined that the resulting fundamental model of a social strategic subject is nature-friendly.

KEYWORDS: social strategic subject, assembly, evolutionary principles, levels of modeling, laws of human society.

Abstract

The article examines projects of joint activities in different online educational communities that correspond to the goals of the UN General Assembly resolution in the field of education for sustainable development. There were identified the goals from the 17 goals of the UN General Assembly Resolution No. 70/1 of 25.09.2015 of education for sustainable development, which are achieved with the successful implementation of joint activities network educational projects. The concepts of constructive and destructive individual and team participant’s activities were defined in network joint activity educational projects that negatively affect in joint projects the achievement of the identified goals of the UN General Assembly resolution of education for sustainable development. The article develops criterias for the selection of projects for the analysis of joint activitie’s strategies of participant’s team behavior. There were analyzed 3 selected internet platforms: «Moscow Electronic School: the electronic library of the MESH», «Strong ideas for the new Time of the ASI» and the crowdsourcing educational platform of the Moscow State Pedagogical University «PreObrazovanie» regarding the degree of the goals achievement of the UN General Assembly resolution of education for sustainable development and the tools used in this process. There were identified projects with non-standard participant’s actions that observed aimed at achieving goals that are not related to the goals of the UN General Assembly resolution of education for sustainable development. According to them, the signs and main types of participant’s teamwork classifications were identified in joint activities in network educational communities. At the end of the article were empirically developed 5 types of team participant’s destructive behavior strategies in Internet joint activity projects.
