DEVELOPMENT OF A DATABASE FOR SOLVING THE WASTE AND SECONDARY RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE RUSSIAN ARCTIC ZONE

Bykov Maxim Andreevich, Dubna State University, Department of Geoinformation Systems and Technologies, Institute of Systems Analysis and Management

Abstract

The work is aimed at creating a full-fledged database that includes information about enterprises for the processing of recyclable materials, enterprises that produce recyclable materials and facilities for the placement of industrial and domestic waste in the Arctic zones of Russia. Based on the above database, a geoportal is being implemented that displays and tracks these objects in order to solve the problems of logistics and waste management and secondary springs in the Arctic regions. Geoportal will provide information about the producers of the product (recycled materials), information about the product (hazard class, category, processed raw materials), which will help to establish logistics and a gradual transition to waste-free production.

KEYWORDS: waste, recyclables, recyclables producers, waste classification, waste hazard class, database, relationship, prototype, monitoring, foreign practice.

Abstract

To overcome the challenges of changing requirements that exist not only in the field of software development, but also in new product development projects, Agile practices and tools are of great value. Despite the growing popularity of agile methodologies, the world today lacks the necessary amount of information and specialists with expertise in the effective use of Agile. In this regard, the problem arises of determining approaches that will allow organizations to maximize the effectiveness of using Agile.

Abstract

The selection and decision-making process for the most effective computer control system is new to most domestic managers, and its consequences will largely have a significant impact on the enterprise for several years. The use of an integrated information system that could meet the requirements of the enterprise (scale, business specifics, etc.) would allow the manager to minimize costs and increase the efficiency of managing the enterprise as a whole. The paper considers such issues as the history of the development of digital technologies, the main problems of implementation and adaptation, analysis of approaches and practices for introducing digital technologies in the process from production to commissioning of industrial equipment.

KEYWORDS: enterprise management, decision support systems, industrial equipment.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to improve the methodology for ranking of regions based on the use of indicators of population differentiation by income. To quantify the stratification of the population by income, various indicators are used: decile and quintile coefficients, Gini coefficient, Kuznets coefficient, Hoover coefficient, Palma index, etc. However, all these indicators only partially characterize the degree of stratification of the population by income. The study uses an approach in which all employees in the region, ranked by salary, are divided into two or three groups in the proportions of 40-50-10, 40-40-20 or 50-50. The method of piecewise linear approximation of table data is used to construct the Lorentz functions. It is established that in the federal subjects of the Russian Federation, the share of funds received by the middle group of employees, divided in the proportion of 40-50-10, lies in the range from 48% to 56%: the Palma hypothesis is not valid for all subjects. It is also found that the Gini index in 8 federal subjects of the Russian Federation is higher than 35, and it is higher than 40 in Moscow only. A promising approach to solving the problem is to use some new indicators of population differentiation by income, reflecting structural inequality. The research was carried out with the support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR project No. 19-010-00921 A “Differentiation of monetary incomes of the population of Russia: analysis of the dynamics of indicators based on the use of methods of computational mathematics”).

TENSOR NETWORK MODEL OF LOGISTICS SYSTEM

Petrov Andrey Evgenyevich, Professor of Department of Computer aided design and engineering design, Ph.D &D.Sc., Professor, National University of Science and Technology MISIS (NUST MISIS), Department of Computer aided design and engineering design

Abstract

The network model of the logistics system is developed on the basis of the tensor method of dual networks. The network consists of branches of producers, consumers and their connecting routes, along which the flow of products from points of departure passes along routes to destinations. Producer and consumer flows are specified. Branch resistances set the rates for storing and transporting products. The network is considered as a tensor, the projections of which in the coordinate system are various connections of branches. Coordinates in the space of the network are closed and open paths. A new solution is obtained using the path transformation matrix when the structure changes. The producer and consumer branches define the basis of the open paths. Route branches define the basis of closed paths. The flows of producers and consumers are specified by voltage sources. The calculation of the mesh network with these sources yields currents in the branches representing part of the distribution of product flows along routes. To supplement the complete product flows, voltage sources are introduced in the route branches that define the base circuits. The currents in the input and output branches of the sources in the routes are equal to the differences in the currents in the simplest and connected network. They produce additional currents in the branches of the routes according to Kirchhoff’s law, and only for routes whose number is equal to the number of basic open paths without one. For route branches of the base circuits beyond this number, the values of the complement currents should be selected. The sum of the currents from all sources gives values of product flows from suppliers to consumers, solving the problem of logistics. The tensor method of network models allows you to calculate flows when the structure changes, including decomposition and calculation of parts of complex networks.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the assessment of the line of behavior of the Russian Federation in 1987-2014. The paper introduces new concepts of “promoting the creativity of life”, “countering the creativity of life”. A comparison of the lines of behavior of the USSR, the United States and Russia. When analyzing the line of behavior of a country (for the considered period of time), the internal motives of behavior and the goals pursued, as well as the attitude of the authorities to the people, become clear. After all, politics is a social form of spiritual life manifested in thinking. It is shown that since 1960 the USSR has always been in a state of spiritual decline (and crisis), which found its expression in the fracture of social attitudes and the subsequent collapse of the USSR. The article is published in discussion order.

KEYWORDS: the line of conduct of the state, life expectancy, quality of life, loyalty of behavior, the behavior of the USSR, the USA and Russia, the internal motives of conduct of the spiritual decline of the country, the shadow economy, evaluation of the behavior of the country.
