THE CONCEPT OF FORMATION OF THE INFORMATION EDUCATION SYSTEM IN RUSSIA

Kolin Konstantin Konstantinovich, Doctor of technical sciences, professor, Federal Research Center “Computer Science and Control” of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Informatics Problems

Abstract

A systematic analysis of the problem of the formation of the information education system in Russia is carried out and it is shown that its solution is a necessary condition for achieving the national goals of our country for the period up to 2030 and beyond. The urgency of this problem is due to the global digital transformation of modern society, the pace of development of which outstrips the ability of members of this society to adapt to the new conditions of their existence. The education system should reduce the severity of this contradiction by making adequate changes in its structure and content. The totality of these changes is proposed to be considered as an integral system of information education, which should have a proactive nature and the necessary scientific and methodological support. The structure of the information education system and its tasks at various levels of education are considered. The role of information education in the formation of the culture of information security, information ecology and modern scientific worldview is shown. The potential of Russian science, which can and should be used to solve this urgent and strategically important problem of our country’s development, is shown.

KEYWORDS: information education, information society, information ecology, information security, information worldview, national security, supercomputer systems.

IP LAB CONSORTIUM AS AN EXAMPLE OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ADDITIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE FIELD OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Kibalnikov Sergey Vladimirovich, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Leading Researcher at Lomonosov Moscow State University, professor of the University “Dubna”, general director of “Inventor” LLC

Merkulov Alexander Alekseevich, candidate of technical sciences, head of the technopark of KSTU n.a. I. Kant

Abstract

A change in the dominant technological mode (TS) occurs every 30–40 years. Each such change is preceded by a technological and economic crisis. The change in technical specifications is the result of waves of basic innovations. Such innovations include the use of additive technologies. Additive Manufacturing is a layer-by-layer build-up and synthesis of objects. The essence of additive technologies is the layer-by-layer construction (synthesis) of products – models, forms, master models, and so on by fixing the layers of the model material and their sequential connection to each other in various ways: sintering, fusion, gluing, polymerization – depending on the nuances of a particular technology . In other words, additive technologies involve the formation of a part by successively “building up” the material layer by layer. Additive technologies have great potential to reduce energy costs for the creation of a wide variety of products.

KEYWORDS: additive technologies, result of intellectual activity (RIA), consortium, human-centeredness, pedagogical and information technologies (PIT), structural code of imagination (SEC), SEC-matrix, convergent network interaction model (CMC), IP lab sidechain.

DEVELOPMENT OF A DATABASE FOR SOLVING THE WASTE AND SECONDARY RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE RUSSIAN ARCTIC ZONE

Bykov Maxim Andreevich, Dubna State University, Department of Geoinformation Systems and Technologies, Institute of Systems Analysis and Management

Abstract

The work is aimed at creating a full-fledged database that includes information about enterprises for the processing of recyclable materials, enterprises that produce recyclable materials and facilities for the placement of industrial and domestic waste in the Arctic zones of Russia. Based on the above database, a geoportal is being implemented that displays and tracks these objects in order to solve the problems of logistics and waste management and secondary springs in the Arctic regions. Geoportal will provide information about the producers of the product (recycled materials), information about the product (hazard class, category, processed raw materials), which will help to establish logistics and a gradual transition to waste-free production.

KEYWORDS: waste, recyclables, recyclables producers, waste classification, waste hazard class, database, relationship, prototype, monitoring, foreign practice.
