Abstract

The example of various genesis emergency situations’ influence on the steadiness of separate region with Tomsk region as an example, is examined in the article. The theoretical instrument of design technology of sustainable development of a region for an analysis and calculation of sustainable development indicators of Tomsk region is based on the universal principles of sustainable development design.

Abstract

Article is based on the report at the International conference on fundamental problems of sustainable development in the nature –society –man system (the Russian Federal Property Fund project №11-06-06128-g). Following basic questions are discussed: why does the Mankind require the sustainable development; why is it still impossible to reduce negative tendencies and succeed in the transition to the sustainable development; fundamental contradictions; how to resolve fundamental contradictions; drastic changes in the sustainable development management.

Abstract

The article considers the interconnection concepts of “space-time”, “process-structure” and “tensor”. It contains definitions of the energy flow as a united essence, of the invariant of the energy flow, and it contains information about analogues of the knowledge domain and the models. Moreover, LT-method by Bartini-Kuznetsov, and dialectical contradictions are thoroughly investigated.
