Abstract

The article presents the scientific, technological and philosophical foundation for the strategy of sustainable development as well as energetic and ecological strategy, which is an integral part of this process. It is shown that the use of advanced knowledge and understanding of the “nature – society – man” system and adequate ways to describe the interactions in this system can become a basis for replacing the traditional way of making progress with sustainable development.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT’S SAFETY FOUNDATION

Abstract

The article consists of two parts. In the first part of the article the law of dimensional expansion is being formulated and identified as one of the fundamental and basic laws of human and mankind’s development. Also the article provides detection, identification and fixation of dimensional revolutions in the world’s history. The second part of the article defines the triad of Russian cosmism as “Geosophy – Cosmosophy – Metosophy” on the basis of historical experience of K.E. Tsiolkovsky, his predecessors and successors. The “factor of dimensional inequality” is being proposed as a means of sustainable development’s security assessment, which is illustrated by certain examples.

Abstract

The article reflects the author’s vision of K.E.Tsiolkovsky’s ideas on the beginning of the universe. It addresses several major philosophical categories (Nothing, Ego and others) in the context of antinomic axiomatics (P.G.Kuznetsov). The article also reveals author’s assessment of the modern science’s cognitive abilities, its advantages and disadvantages. The author describes a new cognitive paradigm based on an empathic method which is called “thought-action”.

Abstract

The article proposes global scientific initiatives including the synthesis of the natural, social and human sciences laws, noospheric development index, noospheric political economy of sustainable development, noo-tehnologies for the transition of modern civilization into the noosphere. Preamble justifies the necessity of sustainable development for Mankind and identifies the causes that impede the transition to noospheric sustainable development. The article deals with the development of social and economic processes from the perspective of the general evolution of highly organized matter in the universe. The article also examines the complex of projects: Artificial Intelligence, Informograd and Noosphere — as a technological way of modern social and economic systems’ post-industrial development.

Abstract

This article presents preliminary conceptual mega-project of the Center for sustainable development on the basis of bio-eco-settlements and breakthrough technologies (the authors call this center “Sberezhenie”). It reveals the principles of bio-eco-settlements’ construction and operation, defines the requirements for breakthrough technologies. Three separate projects are being identified within the initiative’s implementation. As a conclusion some general suggestions are made.

Abstract

Authors investigate a problem of Russian rural and forest territories sustainable development and suggest solving it by means of self-sufficient (resource-restoring, diversified, symbiotic, power effective) natural farms. For service and ensuring efficiency of natural farms it is offered to create a rural cluster of development, key structures of which include natural farms, a center of resource-restoring, natural power effective technologies applied at mini-productions and a business control system of a sustainable development. The main scientific and practical results of research are author’s classification of non-vanishing personal needs, specification of the several basic notions, and also an investment project of a rural cluster of development as a solution of the rural and forest territories sustainable development problem.
