Abstract

In article methodical basics of a complex assessment of change of power capacities of subjects of Siberian federal district under the influence of emergency situations of various genesis are covered. The theoretical device of technology of design of a sustainable development of the region for the analysis and calculation of indicators of a sustainable development of subjects of Siberian federal district is based on the universal principles of design of a sustainable development.

PURCHASING POWER PARITY AND CURRENCY CAPACITY: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF APPROACHES TO THE ASSESSMENT OF COMPETITIVENESS AND EQUIVALENCE OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE

Abstract

The article discusses two methods for the analysis of exchanges between socio-economic systems: a method based on the theory of purchasing power parity exchange and the method of the currency capacity. The possibilities of using them to assess the competitiveness of the different countries’ economies is discussed. Based on this analysis conclusions on the adequacy of these methods in relation to the aforesaid problem are made.

FLOWS IN QUASI-CELLULAR NETWORKS

Abstract

The article presents flow simulation based on quasi-cellular nets; this simulation is based on mathematical models for processing data of computer modeling results. It may calculate flow value, average flow and dispersion. It also may create micro- and macro-models based on one quasi-cellular net structure.

Abstract

The article provides the author’s vision of the prerequisites, the causes and consequences of the current global crisis, and proposes a way out of it, based on the conscious collective participation of civilization in the continuous evolutional harmonization (author’s term “harmogenesis”) of integrated “nature – society – man” system. To realize this plan the author proposes the creation of a unified cross-disciplinary evolutionary developed model and the knowledge base of civilization in the form of a network-centric dynamic hypergraph.
