Abstract

The theory of economy of knowledge is impossible without potential theory of creative subjects. In the article the visual environment for work of innovators allowing them to become qualitatively new subjects of innovative activity within the 7th technological way is discussed. In works of the Russian authors [8] the task is set – “Not to catch up with the country of the 6th post-industrial way, and at once to pass to work on creation of new, 7th, socio-humanistic technological way” and that to create to the country competitive advantages”. In the article opportunities to carry out this plan are described.

KEYWORDS: visual environment, industrialization, socio-humanistic technological way.

COLD WAR MODEL AND OPTIMAL RESPONSE

Blok Victor Ruvimovich, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences

Kalyuzhny Boris Ivanovich, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor

Abstract

Two interconnected macroeconomic models are considered. The first of these has to do with the military confrontation between the two countries, each represented by the military and civilian sectors – a model of the Cold War.The second model is devoted to the synthesis of optimal control, allowing less economically developed country to achieve at least parity in military competition, despite the mentioned economic backwardness. The problem of maximizing the military potential of this state at a given moment of time is considered. Shown, as in [2] that the optimal solution requires intensive development of the economic sector in the first phase, with a view to the future use of the accumulated economic potential for speedy military buildup.

KEYWORDS: macroeconomics, cold war, military parity, optimal strategy.

TECHNIQUES OF SOCIAL AND PRODUCTION COMUNICATIONS SELF-ORGANIZATION

Berg Dmitriy Borisovich, Professor, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Scienced, Institute of industrial ecology of Urals Branch of RAS, Ural Federal University, International A.A. Bogdanov Institute

Chepurov Eugene Georgievich, post-graduate student of Ural Federal University

Abstract

The goal of present research is development of techniques for social and production communications self-organization in collectives based on the “COMPASS” system by Vodyanov V.G. and alternative payment systems. Results of practical usage of these systems in the students’ community for social and production communications formation are described. Practicability of information support of social and production communications self-organization based on the corporative information system is proposed.

KEYWORDS: communications, self-organization, “Compass” system, alternative payment instruments, information system.

Bolshakov Boris Evgenievich, Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, full member of RANS, head of Sustainable Innovative Development Department of Institute of Systems Analysis and Management at the International University of Nature, Society and Man “Dubna”, head of Scientific school of sustainable development

Abstract

The article deals with the engineering approach to the actual problem of knowledge of the laws of sustainable development of life in the “nature – society – man” system, which is especially important in the context of the global systemic crisis, when there is the acute need for new ideas and innovative solutions. This approach is based on the fundamental results of the Scientific school of sustainable development. The article identifies the preconditions for engineering solutions of extremely complex issues of sustainable development. The article was written as a part of RFBR project №12-06-00286-а.

KEYWORDS: knowledge engineering, sustainable development, the laws of nature, life as cosmo-planetary phenomenon, synthesis of sciences, LT-system by Bartini & Kuznetsov.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN COMMUNITY FROM THE POINT OF WORLDVIEW

Bondarenko Valentina Mikhailovna, Candidate of Economics, leading researcher at the Institute of Economics of Russian Academy of Sciences

Abstract

The work presents the need to make a transition to the visionary level of understanding the problems in providing for sustainable development of the human community and harmonization of relations in the triangle of Nature-Society-Specific Human Being. Developed by the author, the new methodology for cognition of regularities in the human community development made it possible to elaborate the Mega-Project “Territory of the Faster Growth: Everything for People” and to realize it at each local level throughout the world as the only possible precondition, providing for sustainable development.

KEYWORDS: worldview, human system, purpose, space / time, systemity, efficiency criteria, specific human being, mega-project.

HARMONY MANIFESTATION IN THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE STRUCTURES

Shenyagin Viktor Pavlovich, associate professor of finance and credit at the Moscow academy of economy and law

Abstract

The work overviews the features of economic concepts for the last two decades forcing to treat studying of the economic theory and practice differently taking into account dialectics of its development, change of reference points, models and indicators of enterprise structures activity. Modification of Pythagorean treatment of essence and identity as a way to its knowledge is considered. Formulas, indicators, and the mechanism of manifestation of harmony are given in sustainable development of enterprise structures taking into account their functioning in the system “nature – society – man”.

KEYWORDS: harmony, sustainable development, mathematics of harmony, gold proportions, inversion, essence, identity, harmonious company, harmonious management.

Abstract

The article presents a technology for detecting macroeconomic imbalances, based on a synthesis of traditional deflation and energy (developed by Scientific school of sustainable development and Lyndon LaRouche) approaches to the measurement of real GDP. It shows procedures of conversion of nominal GDP to real and assessment of the level of devaluation and the purchasing power of money by means of a matrix of socio-economic growth.

UNIFIED CLASSIFICATION OF ROCKS (EXPERIENCE OF EVOLUTIONARILY LT-CLASSIFICATION)

Kukov Vladimir Ivanovich, corresponding member of International academy of ecological safety and environmental use

Abstract

This work attempts to create systematics of rocks based on a unified spatiotemporal coordinate system. The original method of oriented evolution of geological processes in the coordinates of space (L) and time (T) is used for systemic construction of this classification. The basis of the systematics is the claim that any change in the spatiotemporal coordinates is inevitably accompanied by a change in its properties. Applied result of the proposed classification is the creation of a single industrial base of geological knowledge and electronic geological and other forecast cards of the new generation.

KEYWORDS: evolutionarily-oriented system (EOS), unified classification of rocks, spatiotemporal coordinate system (STCS), spatiotemporal point (STP), unified systematic base of geological knowledge.
