The article considers the preconditions for establishing a new profession “engineer of history”, and refers to the contours of education that is necessary for training such specialists and represents a synthesis of technethics and socioethics. The third part of the article considers interdisciplinary business game (IBG) as a system, which is a necessary step in constructing a model of in-game interactions of its participants. The model itself is characterized by the presence of several “layers”, allowing in-depth analysis of the process and the results of IBG. The article also provides recommendations on how to fill reporting on the results of IBG.

Abstract

The paper presents the results of an analytical review of global trends in production and implementation of energy-saving technologies. It promotes a comprehensive analysis of prospects for energy development on the basis of exploitation of highly renewable energy sources. Conceptual justification for the practical implementation of accelerated economic regional development is a paradigm of sustainable development of the noosphere as a theoretically sound basis for a comprehensive new environmentally friendly civilization. It is shown that new energy can actually stimulate the development of the regional economy of the Crimea.
