BACKGROUND OF THE NEW ECONOMIC MODEL BASED ON THE PREDICTION OF TECHNOGENIC SAFETY AS AN ELEMENT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT THEORY

Gvozdetsky Anatoly Sergeevich, Candidate of Engineering, chairman of the Presidium of the Interregional public organization “Centre of National Security Assistance”

Abstract

The article deals with the relation of ideological differences between socialism and capitalism with their economic characteristics, as well as tracking the effect of these differences on the sustainable development of mankind in general and Russia in particular. It suggests and justifies proposal for the use of multi-level intelligent technological safety forecasting system as one of the elements of the state economy (in particular — in the sphere of industrial production).

KEYWORDS: economic systems, ideology, technogenic safety, system of technogenic safety forecasting, artificial intellect, sustainable development.

ASSESSMENT OF THE SUSTAINABILITY LEVEL FOR AGRICULTURE

Telyuk Maxim Sergeevich, post-graduate student of Department of Theory and Socio-economic Statistics at the Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov

Abstract

The article is devoted to evaluating the current level of agricultural development in different countries based on the principles of sustainable development. This evaluation was made by determining the Euclidean distance between the actual values of the country and the reference (standard) values of indicators that characterize agriculture. As a result, a brief description of the (current) level of agricultural development in the Russian Federation is given.

KEYWORDS: agriculture, sustainable development, Euclidean distance, level of development.

LYNDON H. LAROUCHE — THE FOUNDER OF “PHYSICAL ECONOMY”, A SCIENTIFIC ALTERNATIVE TO MONETARY SYSTEM

Kuznetsov Pobisk Georgievich, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, specialist in systems of management by objectives and planning, one of the founders of physical approach to economic systems, the last of the general designers of the Soviet Union

Abstract

The article shows a certain approach to the study of social and economic systems (on the example of the “physical economy” concept by Lyndon LaRouche), the philosophical basis of which are the works of Nicholas of Cusa, and the epitome of design — tensor analysis of networks by Gabriel Kron. It also highlights the prospects for further development of this approach and its application.

KEYWORDS: physical economy, the philosophy of Nicholas of Cusa, the measuring principle, tensor analysis of the networks by G. Kron, theory of dissipative structures, idea of nature’s progress.

WORLD ECONOMY AS A LARGE SYSTEM THAT CAN BE MANAGED

Kuznetsov Pobisk Georgievich, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, specialist in systems of management by objectives and planning, one of the founders of physical approach to economic systems, the last of the general designers of the Soviet Union

Abstract

The article considers the use of thermodynamic methods in solving social and economic problems. In this case, it offers streaming energy model of the world economy. The notion of the generalized efficiency or coefficient of technology perfection is described. The article also overviews the prospects of application of the energy approach to the economy. The article was written in 1963, first published in 2002.

KEYWORDS: physical economy, economy as an open thermodynamic system, an elementary technological process, coefficient of technology perfection.

DESIGNING THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM FOR THE FUTURE NOOSPHERE WORLD ON THE BASIS OF A UNIFIED SYSTEM OF MULTI-DIMENSIONAL SPATIOTEMPORAL MEASURES-LAWS

Bolshakov Boris Evgenievich, Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, full member of RANS, head of Sustainable Innovative Development Department of Institute of Systems Analysis and Management at the University “Dubna”, head of International scientific school of sustainable development named after P.G. Kuznetsov

Abstract

The article discusses the possibility of providing basic financial and economic categories in terms of universal spatiotemporal variables. It offers basic equation of final product cost dynamics, expressed in both financial and energy measure. It is shown that the flow of resources consumed, produced and sold (income and losses) can be measured and expressed in terms of power (kilowatt), which allows to calculate the capacity of any socio-economic object. There is no need to resort to subjective assessments that can significantly distort the picture, especially in crisis situations, creating the illusion of growth and development.

KEYWORDS: projecting, financial system, use value, exchange value, spatiotemporal measures-laws, power of currency, currencies, financial and energy measures, speculative capital, dynamic equation of the final product cost.
