Abstract

Considering the actions of money-credit politics of Russian Bank within the terms of foreign economic summary, they was included to interrelation with the action of tax-budget politics. In this regard to analyze the mechanizm of sterilization of money mass within reality actions for stabilization economy, also chracteristics of money-credit politics of Russia within the increase and decrease of oil price in world market.

Abstract

The article deals with the economic and legal aspects of eco-oriented pricing in construction, generalization of the most important legal regulation problems of this direction. The principles of environmental (green) building, defining prospects of development of the construction industry, make it possible to declare the conservation and stabilization of the ecological situation, but in practice, require a comprehensive modernization of the existing system of construction products environmental assessment and construction industry. Offer the theoretical foundations and the development of practical solutions to optimize project of mechanisms to build on the basis of environmental criteria would allow materially to stimulate the planning and execution of environmental protection measures at all stages of the life cycle of real estate, the most important of which is the environmental aspect is under construction. The work presents institutional foundations of eco-oriented pricing in the construction documents, allowing to implement it on the basis of existing analytical and empirical tools production and technical departments construction companies.
