APPENDIX. THE MECHANISM OF ROTATION OF THE EARTH WITH THE POSITION OF THE UNIVERSAL LAWS OF THE COSMOS — THE LAW OF CONSERVATION OF LIFE

Petrov Nikolai Vasilievich, Academician of the International Academy of Sciences of Ecology and Human and Nature Safety

The mechanism of rotation of the planetary body of the Earth until now in science are not known, although the timing of the daily rotation is taken as a natural standard of time, according to which the lives of the entire biological system and the Earth itself. The article suggests the original idea of the mechanism of rotation on the basis of a real plasma mechanism of solar-terrestrial relations. The idea of the electric control the speed of rotation of the Earth from the Sun shows that between the sun and the Earth controlled by the Moon energy-informational interaction. Electromagnetic mechanism of Solar-planetary relations provides electrical control of dynamic characteristics of the planets in the rhythmic flare activity of the Sun, which provides long-term existence of the Solar system as a whole many millions of years. The idea of the electric control of the rotation of celestial bodies extends the capabilities of classical and celestial mechanics.

GEOPHYSICS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE STRATEGY FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE GLOBAL CRISIS

Kuznetsov Oleg Leonidovich, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, President of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, President of the State University “Dubna”, co-head of International scientific school of sustainable development n.a. P.G. Kuznetsov

Abstract

This paper is devoted to the consideration of the possible role of such a strategically important science as general and applied geophysics in the solution of the problem of sustainable development in the conditions of the global crisis. The positions that modern geophysics is able to provide for the transition of the world economy to the path of a sustainable development strategy are defined, and the possibilities of using certain geophysical technologies to achieve their goals are outlined.

KEYWORDS: general geophysics, applied geophysics, sustainable development, geophysical technologies.

Abstract

The world is in a special period of transition to a new cosmic cycle. In the process of this cosmic transition, global challenges, risks and threats are formed, where the Arctic has special significance for Humanity as a whole. The uniqueness of the Arctic lies, first of all, in those features that it possesses as a multidimensional space-time life-building system of our planet.

Abstract

The article shows how the fundamental laws of various fields of science (physics, chemistry, biology, ecology, sociology, etc.) are expressed in a unified LT-language. On the basis of this synthesis, the possibility of developing the so-called ideal LT-technologies, which are an integral component of the transition of mankind to sustainable development, is being considered.

Abstract

This article gives a typology of problems of sustainable development design and management and determines the applicability of an interdisciplinary business game (IBG) to the solution of selected classes of problems. Based on the analysis carried out, the requirements for the formalization of the business game are given as a foundation for its further “technologicalization”.

KEYWORDS: interdisciplinary business game (IBG), typical problems of sustainable development design and management, formalization of business games.

Abstract

In article position of monotowns in structure of the Russian Federation is considered. Here influence of a situation in monotowns on viability of all country is considered: on defense capability, economic familiarity of the territory, efficiency of economy, development of science, socio-political stability and even on foreign policy. The economy of Russia is substantially presented by the city-forming enterprises of monotowns. In work conceptual strategies of development for monotowns on the example of Yeniseisk and Lesosibirsk are submitted. The cities essentially differ from each other on city-forming base, age, population and on development potential. Upon transition of the monoprofile cities to versatile, at them to appear an opportunity to combine in itself the best qualities of small and big cities. It will prevent outflow of the population to megalopolises. Development of monotowns is a way to sustainable development of all country.

KEYWORDS: monotowns, development of monotowns, sustainable development, economy, development strategy, Yeniseysk, Lesosibirsk.

Abstract

The concept of sustainable development began to form in the second half of the 20th century. However, the issue of creating a comprehensive indicator for assessing the sustainable development of organizations remains controversial, indicators that characterize sustainable development are needed, as well as methods for calculating them. Sustainable development is seen as a process and as a state. The main characteristic, according to the methodological approach used, is the specific gravity of the intensive factors in the revenue for the type of resources in question. This characteristic is an invariant of sustainable development. It is necessary to focus on the development of analytical procedures that assess all types of capital of integrated reporting, the interrelations between them, the value of business and the sustainable development of organizations in general. The article was prepared with the financial support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research: Grant No. 16-06-00390.

Abstract

The article deals with the content of the concept of wages in terms of the actual development of production in countries. Wages are part of the newly created by enterprises and organizations of value, the purpose of which is an expanded reproduction of the workforce of workers. The growth of the needs of workers is a natural law, which it is senseless to oppose. Hence, the law of the necessary growth of the minimum wage is no less natural. This law enterprises and organizations must strictly observe.
