Abstract

This article describes an example of developing a social architecture and IT ecosystem for training employees of PJSC Rostelecom in the discipline “Python for data analysis”. On the basis of the information received, conclusions were made about ways to increase motivation, as well as increase the percentage of students who have mastered the course and received a certificate.

Abstract

In the following article the problem of integrated measurement for social and economic systems are discussed. Different theories of integrated value measurement are observed. It is concluded that only energy measures meet the established requirements.

Abstract

Based on the hydrochemical analysis of water in large lakes of the Vologda region it was revealed that the water bodies under investigation are characterized by water pollution by copper, iron compounds and hardly oxidizable organic substances. In the course of analysis of foreign and domestic experience in water purification of lakes, the need was identified for combining the efforts of authorities, business entities, and society to improve the ecological status of large lakes.

ON THE CHOICE OF THE LINE OF CONDUCT OF THE STATE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the assessment of the line of behavior of the Russian Federation in 1987-2014. The paper introduces new concepts of “promoting the creativity of life”, “countering the creativity of life”. A comparison of the lines of behavior of the USSR, the United States and Russia. When analyzing the line of behavior of a country (for the considered period of time), the internal motives of behavior and the goals pursued, as well as the attitude of the authorities to the people, become clear. After all, politics is a social form of spiritual life manifested in thinking. It is shown that since 1960 the USSR has always been in a state of spiritual decline (and crisis), which found its expression in the fracture of social attitudes and the subsequent collapse of the USSR.

ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT STATE OF THE PROBLEM OF QUALITY OF LIFE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

This article discusses the problems of management and measurement of quality of life categories of the population. The characteristic features of models and indicators of quality of life are analyzed (on the example of existing indices). The necessity of applying a system of indicators and criteria for sustainable development is identified and justified. On the basis of the study, the author proposes the use of a formalized description of the quality of life of the population using measurable quantities, special attention is directed to the main indicators that have a common basis and are the projection of the power invariant in a particular private coordinate system (social, economic, environmental).

The article shows how the system of generation and transmission of electricity can be represented in the form of a network model using the tensor method of dual networks in order to increase the efficiency of control of this system. Abstract

The article provides a methodology for assessing the consequences of disasters of various genesis (natural, man-made), and also discusses the possibility of managing the consequences of these disasters in order to achieve sustainable development of the Arctic territories. A review of current Arctic development strategies adopted by various countries is given. The concept of disaster safety level index (DSLI) is introduced in relation to the problem under consideration. The conceptual plan for achieving sustainable development of the Arctic in the long term is presented.
