OPTICAL NAVIGATION COMMUNICATION SYSTEM CONCEPT FOR THE MOON

Dmitriev Andrey Olegovich, acting Head of Department 500 of NPO Lavochkina JSC, postgraduate student

Abstract

The concept of creating an optical global positioning system on the moon meter accuracy, designed to serve a limited number of subscribers. It was shown that the optimal solution to the problem would be continuous monitoring of the positions of light laser beacons on the lunar surface from the board of the artificial moon satellite equipped with an onboard television camera, as well as from the spacecraft placed at the Lagrange points L1 (and L2) of the Earth – Moon system and equipped with high-resolution optoelectronic devices. The material is the text of a report at the I International Scientific and Practical Conference “Space Philosophy – Space Law – Space Activities: Trinity of Humanity’s Space Breakthrough” (May 23, 2020).

KEYWORDS: global positioning, navigation on the Moon, lighthouse laser light, an optical interferometer.

THE RESPONSE TO ULTIMATUM MUST BE HARD

Bagrov Aleksandr Viktorovich, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Leading Researcher, NPO Lavochkina JSC

Abstract

US put forward provoked space claims to spread national US laws to the Moon as a “sphere of national interest”, and proposed to revise international treaties concerning space by its satellites and without Russia and China. The necessity of such revision for legalization commercial space activity is obvious. Russia must take part in this process, and it must care for its own interests. To base it, Russia has to indicate these interests in the Federal Space Program and other states doctrines. The material is the text of a report at the I International Scientific and Practical Conference “Space Philosophy – Space Law – Space Activities: Trinity of Humanity’s Space Breakthrough” (May 23, 2020).

KEYWORDS: exploration of the Moon, space law, state interests, space resources.

FUTURE LOOK: THE DIGITAL ECONOMY OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Kibalnikov Sergey Vladimirovich, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Laureate of the WIPO Gold Medal, Academy of Natural Sciences, a leading scientific worker of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, professor of the State University “Dubna”

Abstract

The article outlines ways to integrate the experience of simulation with the results of the development of financial and socio-technical systems (Blagosfera, NASK-STEP and MFPO) and IT technologies (Internet, blockchain, AI) in order to create an integral image of the future. The NASK-STEP methodology provides that the creation of this image must occur in the minds of people who will implement this image in a specific territory. At the same time, the synthesis of NASK-STEP technology with the Age of Chronicle (erachain.org) creates a social foundation for the introduction of innovative technologies that reduce the loss of resources.

KEYWORDS: blockchain, simulation, innovative technologies, socio-technical systems.

FORMATION OF LEXICAL COMPETENCE AS A COMPONENT OF LANGUAGE, SPEECH AND COMMUNICATION COMPETENCE IN THE PROCESS OF STUDYING THE LINGUISTIC AND STYLISTIC FEATURES OF ARTISTIC DESCRIPTIONS OF A PERSON’S APPEARANCE (USING “THE FORSYTE SAGA” BY JOHN GALSWORTHY)

Balashova Tatyana Yuryevna, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor of the Department of Linguistics, Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of State University “Dubna”

Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of formation of lexical competence as one of the essential communicative abilities. The article attempts to reveal the ways of forming lexical competence in the process of studying the linguistic and stylistic features of artistic descriptions of a person’s appearance on the example of the “Saga of Forsytes” by J. Galsworthy. The level of formation of lexical competence is understood as the ability of students to solve various communicative tasks based on the acquired knowledge and relevant skills of describing a person’s appearance as a component of a psychological portrait.

KEYWORDS: competence, lexical competence, lexeme, concept, linguistic and stylistic features of character appearance description, artistic portrait, formation of lexical competence.

MODELING DEVELOPMENT OF COMPLEX SYSTEMS USING POWER PARAMETERS AND SOCIAL TIME BUDGET

Golovin Andrey Arkadievich, director of the Center for Designing Sustainable Development of Civil Society Institutions, State University of Management

Abstract

The article presents an approach to the analysis of sustainable development of socio-economic systems using the parameters of social time and power. The criteria for social time and energy efficiency were formalized, which allowed us to create a matrix of scenarios for the development of socio-economic systems with 9 options for changing the situation. Development modeling was carried out on the example of the socio-economic system of Russia from 2000 to 2017. The study of methods for managing the budget of social time and its impact on the development of socio-economic systems is a promising area of scientific and applied research, and also provides the opportunity to develop a model for managing the sustainable development of socio-economic systems.

KEYWORDS: socio-economic system, social time, necessary time, free time, sustainable development, power, development modeling, management.

LOCAL CURRENCIES AS A TOOL OF LOCAL ANTI-CRISIS POLICY

Shiryaeva Lubov Andreevna, postgraduate student, Dubna State University

Abstract

In crisis conditions many economic entities that jointly operate in separate geographically localized markets may lose confidence in the traditional currencies used due to inflationary effects, reduced money supply turnover, high exchange rate volatility, etc. Such processes worsen the market position of many economic entities (both small and large businesses), reduce their financial stability and thus undermine the overall state of local markets. As one of the preventive measures to neutralize and overcome these difficulties local authorities, the business community and the population themselves can introduce their own monetary unit in the form of alternative currencies (AC), geographically identified as local and regional currencies (LC, RC).

KEYWORDS: alternative currency, local currency, local economy, regional economic crisis, alternative payment system, monetary system.
