Abstract
The article highlights the main thoughts on how a leader can influence the cohesion and development of an organization with his personal behavior and image. The main personality traits of the head, which are inherent in proper and competent work on the management of the organization, are listed. Leadership styles are outlined and an explanation is given of how they differ from each other in practice.
