Abstract
The activity of organizational structure (university) is regarded as dynamic interplay of planimetric flows (information, financial, material, power and personnel) and their structure is determined. For analysis of quantitative characteristics of the organization it is offered to use simulation modeling. The prospects of applying of harmonizing versions and methods of synergetics are substantiated at complex systems management (by university example).
