Abstract

The first research and production organizations appeared at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries, when the principles of scientific management were formulated and began to be actively applied. Modern trends in the management of research and production organizations are focused on increasing efficiency and competitiveness. In the context of rapid technological progress and globalization, the field of management is subject to constant change and requires adaptation to new conditions, so organizations are trying to become more flexible.
