Abstract
The work is an abstract prepared with the aim of reviewing the measures used, indicators, indicators in the social sphere, economics, and ecology. Attention is focused on the importance of the concept of “measure”, examples of meters and approaches are given. The category “social time budget” and the use of indicators of the social time budget in the management of socio-economic development are revealed.
