Abstract
The purpose of the article is to consider the features of the development and efficiency of Russian and foreign situational centers. The article analyzes the similarities and differences in the design and operation of situational centers both in Russia and abroad. As a result of the study, positive and negative aspects of the creation of situational centers were identified, and forecasts of their future development are given.
