Abstract

In what paradigm of human existence on Earth is the system of ideas about the trinity of space philosophy, space law and space activity being formed – market capitalist or noosphere socialist? The answer to this question determines whether humanity in the 21st century will live and develop further, making a Cosmic Breakthrough, or will disappear from the face of the Earth into “nothingness” due to ecological-market-capitalist death.
