Abstract
During the period of competition of national economies, the most important property of any management model is the ability to adopt effective management practices of competitors, including innovation in the economy, and this paper provides a brief analysis of the legal and management decisions in the “partner countries” (USA and China), which allowed the most effective development of the key for “them” and painful for us aspects of the production of aerospace equipment (electronics, robotics, materials, technology) through mechanisms to support private initiative and the system of measures, creating working conditions for the “people of the future” (people, their ideas and results, creating a new image of entire industries and the economy as a whole, and most importantly — jobs in their country). In conclusion, we consider examples of projects in the Samara region, which in the future could be the basis for the system of creation and implementation of innovations in the aerospace industry./em>
