Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of strategic planning of socio-economic development of the state. The need for a holistic worldview for the socio-economic prosperity of Russia with the moral well-being of its people and following the consciously chosen path of intellectual and spiritual transformation as a clearly comprehended national historical goal. It is concluded that the absolutely necessary reform of state and legal institutions cannot be the result of a simple human plan to improve the material conditions of life alone. However, it is justified and beneficial in the removal of flagrant injustice and the destruction of the intolerable disorder resulting from the distortion and corruption of the eternal foundations of human life.In the modern world, the analysis of the totality of knowledge about nature, society and man suggests that the law of conservation of power is the law (invariant) that connects all natural, social and spiritual processes in a single global system.This law is the basis of changes in living and inanimate nature, including all its forms. And this is true for any social system and forms of ownership.
