Abstract
The consolidation of society and the state in matters of cooperation in space (and aviation) should take place in a “new reality” – against the background of global and country processes for the redistribution of responsibilities and spheres of influence, including in space, and the resumption of the space arms race. The issues of “demilitarization of space” and the principles of safe and responsible behavior in outer space are becoming the most urgent agenda of both domestic policy and foreign policy strategic vector. The material is the text of a report at the I International Scientific and Practical Conference “Space Philosophy – Space Law – Space Activities: Trinity of Humanity’s Space Breakthrough” (May 23, 2020).
