Abstract

The development trend of the socio-technological system (STS) is the transition from competition to cooperation in order to increase efficiency. Efficiency Improvement Technologies are inventions that eliminate losses. Inventions are made by creating SKW matrices in the training process for the cognitive-digital economy of STS.
