Abstract
This article is developed to one of the most actual items to date – the development of processes of It-Service Management in Russia. This sphere of activity begins to acquire greater value in the modern world, and in our country accordingly, in connection with a tendency to universal globalization of economy. The internet, electronic trade and business-processes are indissolubly connected with each other and play one of the greatest roles in the modern economy.
