Abstract

Every year, questions of the creation, organisation and functioning of archives of electronic documents to authorities and organizations are increasingly urgent. It should be expected that in the next few years, the archives of electronic documents to serious sources of information for decision-making be at all levels of management. In this context, the Problem of the storage of electronic information resources and the way will be overcome, how these issues, of crucial importance in the methodology of the organization of this type of archives won. Universities, schools, and other institutions from the field of education are also trying to keep up with the times, increasingly, the introduction of electronic resources in their work.
