Abstract

The creation of the Russian cosmic society is a natural logical step in the development of modern Russia — a step due to both the noospheric and cosmic breakthrough, which expresses the emergence of the space age of Mankind, and the fact that Russia (as the USSR) in the middle of the twentieth century became the world’s first space power of Mankind. The Russian cosmic society should become the center of social pedagogy of the noosphere-cosmic direction and, accordingly, an experimental platform for the noosphere-cosmic creativity of the youth of Russia.
