Abstract

To develop methods for the theoretical study of development, it is necessary to show the requirements for determining the full variety of potentially possible forms and potentially possible transitions. This approach allows you to put in the right attitude a general theory and concrete examples, accumulated knowledge, reflecting facts, and hidden opportunities. In this article, an attempt is made to show that the development of the required methods of investigating development is possible.
