Аннотация

In the article based on a report at the VI International Scientific Conference on Fundamental and Applied Problems of Sustainable Development in the System “Nature – Society – Human”, the stages of the evolution of educational schools and the prospects for their development are analyzed. The SCALAR system as a planning tool for target development is considered. The structure of the “New School of Yuna” is presented, the possibility of using the SCALAR system is shown on the example of the “New School of Yuna”.
