Abstract
The article shows how the changes in connection structure of the system affects its functioning. It draws a parallel between biological and economic systems, as for both of them the law of energy flow conservation is relevant. The article also contains an overview of the author’s tensor method of dual networks, based on the works of G. Kron and P.G. Kuznetsov.
