Abstract

The article contains approaches of identification of sustainable regional development factors and assessment of risks; it allows to use most of possibilities of particular regions to develop forecasts taking into account change of priorities, as well as operate questions of economic growth and social and economic stability of functioning of regional infrastructure, transport and logistic systems more effectively. On the example of the Volga Federal District conditions and risks of development of regional infrastructure and transport and logistic systems are revealed. The conclusion that in the conditions of the increasing risks of functioning of infrastructure and transport and logistic systems it is necessary to use regulators of ensuring sustainable regional development is drawn. The work was written as a part of RFH project №15-12-21009.
