Abstract
The paper presents the results of an analytical review of global trends in production and implementation of energy-saving technologies. It promotes a comprehensive analysis of prospects for energy development on the basis of exploitation of highly renewable energy sources. Conceptual justification for the practical implementation of accelerated economic regional development is a paradigm of sustainable development of the noosphere as a theoretically sound basis for a comprehensive new environmentally friendly civilization. It is shown that new energy can actually stimulate the development of the regional economy of the Crimea.
