Abstract
This work attempts to create systematics of rocks based on a unified spatiotemporal coordinate system. The original method of oriented evolution of geological processes in the coordinates of space (L) and time (T) is used for systemic construction of this classification. The basis of the systematics is the claim that any change in the spatiotemporal coordinates is inevitably accompanied by a change in its properties. Applied result of the proposed classification is the creation of a single industrial base of geological knowledge and electronic geological and other forecast cards of the new generation.
KEYWORDS: evolutionarily-oriented system (EOS), unified classification of rocks, spatiotemporal coordinate system (STCS), spatiotemporal point (STP), unified systematic base of geological knowledge.
