Abstract

In order to manage human life and development, it is necessary to know the mechanism of its origin, the structure of the body, the energy which provides the biological functions and the reasons for his behavior in the Earth’s biosphere and artificial environment established by collective labor of biosocial system. Since man is the primary element of the overall social system — state, the state shall support biological functions of their primary element — Human, and contribute to the improvement of his Consciousness.
