Abstract

Article is devoted to the problem of creating a secured global reserve currency using power standard. Scientific basis of the proposed solution is the law of conservation of power, because it is impossible to produce any product and provide any service without spending time and energy. The paper details the question of measuring the value of labour and relations between the notions “exchange value” and “use value”.
