Abstract
The article is dedicated to the essential approaches to human health control and the possibility of its realization within the public health system by means of informational technologies, initially in the course of primary and secondary prevention. Functionality of medical informational systems, incorporated into medical and preventative treatment institutions allows for making a health control process more comfortable and effective for patients as well as for doctors.
