Abstract

This publication is a presentation of the report by Boris Bolshakov and Oleg Kuznetsov at the enlarged meeting of the RAS Scientific Council Bureau on the complex problems of the Eurasian economic integration, modernization, competitiveness and sustainable development (April 23, 2013). The report reveals the global challenges and goals, basic research methods and technologies for the transition to outrunning sustainable innovative development combined into a scientific program, as well as the possibilities of implementing this program.
