Abstract

In article conditions of steady evolutionary development of economic systems with the cyclic form of the organization of internal processes are considered. The duality of systems is shown in existence of two interfaced, but areas phenomenologically not crossed and possessing opposite properties: continuum (material and power factors of manufacture – kinetic sphere and the constitutional sphere – buildings, machines and the equipment) and discrete (money sphere). Phenomenological principles and conditions of self-development of such systems are considered at reversible and irreversible changes in the constitutional and kinetic spheres. Possibility of conformity of two known types of self-organizing – equilibrium and non-equilibrium streamlining accordingly continuum and to discrete areas of economy is analyzed. The conclusion becomes that a structural basis of stability and progressive evolution are self-replicating hypercycles.

KEYWORDS: duality, hyper-cycle, continuality, step-type behavior, mobility, the constitutional sphere, kinetic sphere, continual self-organizing, coherent self-organizing.
