Abstract
The article concerns the issue of a successful harmonious steady development of the country on the basis of taking into account natural resources, economic and feedback of social and technical industrial parameters in form of a unified criterion. The unified criterion is the index formula of functions of technological and social development for support of man’s vital activity manageability.
