In work the following questions are discussed: why it is impossible to do without the law in the decision of problems of a sustainable development of the Person, the country and Mankind, that such the general law of the nature (the real world), system of universal measures-laws of the real world, the Law of preservation of capacity as the base of a science of a sustainable development, the Law of preservation of development of planetary Life as a sustainable development ideal.
