Abstract

Information and statistical analysis of the current level of influence of the main environmental factors on the health of the population in the regions of Russia, including the analysis of the influence of air, water, flora, fauna and land fund. Development of a model for assessing the impact of environmental factors on the quality of life of the population of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Based on the studies obtained, it will be possible to identify the leading risk factors for the population in specific regions, identify trends in the welfare of the environment, as well as rank territories according to the degree of risk to public health, both now and in the future, taking into account various options for the development of industry. , energy, transport and planned economic activities, in the period from 2010 to 2019.

KEYWORDS: quality of life, public health, environment, environmental parameters, information and statistical analysis, regions of the Russian Federation, development trends, monitoring system.

ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT STATE OF THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROBLEM

Madi Dameli Magauiyakyzy, 3-year post-graduate student of Dubna State University

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the problem of project management. The topical problems of project management are identified. The methods of project management are considered. A critical analysis of the most frequently used methods of project management is carried out. According to the results of the critical analysis we can note that each methodology is unique and each project is different. The selection of project management methodology should be based on the goal set and the way to achieve it.

Abstract

Energy-saving synchronous electric drive plays an important role in the implementation of the tasks of increasing efficiency, efficiency and labor productivity in various industries, automation and optimization of production processes. The development of a mathematical model of an energy-saving synchronous electric drive with permanent magnets for industrial equipment is a calculated scheme of movement of different mass systems. The purpose of this scientific article is to develop a mathematical model of an energy-saving synchronous electric drive with permanent magnets for industrial equipment. The method used in the simulation of a gearless synchronous electric drive with permanent magnets was based on the parameters of a real drive belt conveyor, taking into account the design features of high-torque motors. The paper solves the problems of the control system of an energy-saving gearless synchronous electric drive with permanent magnets and consists in finding a solution that is an acceptable control that maximizes the selected performance criterion. This solution is optimal control and is confirmed by the results achieved in this work.

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of determining the causes of spiritual and socio-economic problems in Russia. Characteristic of the decadence of the modern world is the loss of understanding of the politico-social sphere as an organism that is closely linked to loss of sense of the true hierarchy, as well as materialization and mechanization of all areas of existence. Evidence of the disappearance or falsification of the true hierarchy is the assertion of the priority of socio-economic interests over higher values and principles. The country’s development vector is set incorrectly – as an increase in GDP. A person is not interested in increasing GDP and is not present in it. It is necessary to replace this indicator with the quality of life indicator, which is defined as the product of the standard of living by the average life expectancy. Any person will be interested in improving their standard of living (salary level) and life expectancy. It is necessary to break free from hypnosis, to return the economic problem to its legitimate boundaries, to restore the order in which the field of economics is subordinated to the sphere of higher values, so that human life can regain its true meaning and realize its spiritual needs.

KEYWORDS: spiritual and socio-economic disadvantage, quality of life, spiritual needs, mechanism, organism, hierarchy, vector of development of the country, economy, ethics.

Abstract

Within the framework of the concept and goals of sustainable development, education for sustainable development is at the fore. However, due to the fact that national education systems are diverse in their structure and content of educational programs, it is incorrect to compare the achievements of different countries and track their progress towards sustainable development goals at the national and international levels without comparison. The article provides an analysis of the leading (most “mature” and formed) national education models from the standpoint of sustainable development. At the same time, special attention is paid to Russian education, its characteristic features in comparison with these models, as well as consideration of measures aimed at achieving sustainable development goals in education, which are integrated into national projects and other strategic and program documents of the Russian Federation.

KEYWORDS: education for sustainable development, the concept of sustainable development, educational systems of the countries of the world, classification of educational systems.

Abstract

Today, politics-the social sphere is considered as a mechanism. The understanding of the political and social sphere as an organism and its difference from the understanding as a mechanism (the mechanism is controlled from the outside, and the organism from the inside) is lost. In addition, it is necessary to return the economic problem to its legitimate boundaries, to restore the order in which the field of economics is subordinated to the sphere of higher values, so that human life can regain its true meaning and realize its spiritual needs. The highest human values are: Truth, Goodness, and Beauty. An indispensable attribute of the mechanism is the bureaucracy that serves it, based on the principle of mechanical replacement of personnel. It is assumed that this bureaucratic apparatus is designed to ensure the smooth operation of the faceless machine of power (mechanism).
