Abstract
The article gives a coverage to the problem of transition from currency measure of economic benefits to the more sustainable and appropriate to the reality physical value measures. It offers an adaptive approach that is characterized as an innovative activity for creation and implementation of modern energy efficiency technology, technologies which are the result of scientists and engineers as a unique social group. The calculations have shown that their activity influences great on the choice of strategic variant of business development.

Abstract
This article describes a method of creating energy efficient biotechnological systems. There presents an example of modeling of the solar greenhouse that is of great energy efficiency. The discussion over the method for determining the energy efficiency of the batteries heat with heat-accumulating nozzles is provided.

Abstract
In the present article the world outlook and the theoretical base of  the  synthesis of natural, technical and social knowledge on the basis of the universal laws of  nature are discussed. The essence of the system of the universal laws of  nature is stated. For the first time the universal principle of the synthesis of diversified natural, technical and social concepts on the basis of the system of LT-indexes (LT-synthesis principle) is formulated. The possibilities of its application in physics, chemistry, biology, ecology, technology, economy, sociology are considered. The work is performed on the grant of the Russian fund of fundamental research №07-06-00209-а.
