DEVELOPMENT OF THE HEAT ENGINE USING THE EFFECT OF SHAPE RETENTION

Chernega Leena Andreevna, student of Korolyov college of Space Engineering and Technology (State Educational Institution of Higher Education of Moscow Region «University of technology»)

Abstract

The engine is based on material with shape memory (nitinol). Chemically nitinol is NiTi, the main elements of the alloy are nickel and titanium in a percentage of 55 % nickel, 45 % titanium. Due to the properties of nitinol it is possible to build an engine with the following features: a belt drive consisting of nitinol links pulleys of different diameters, that is, the gear ratio differs from 1. Further, these pulleys through the transmission of synchronization, which can be achived by a chain or toothed belt, are connected to each other so that their ratio by this tight circuit is one to one. If we start to supply heat, then we start weakening one branch of nitinol ribbon, and the other branch of nitinol tape will stretch during heat removal. This results in torque and the whole system moves – this is the principle of engine operation.

KEYWORDS: heat engine, nitinol, shape memory effect, space technology, Carnot cycle.

DEFINITION OF MONEY FUNCTIONS ACCORDING TO MARX’S “CAPITAL”

Vystavkin Alexander Leonidovich, Candidate of Engineering

Abstract

The article examines the argument of Marx about each of the five money functions (defined by him) based on the analysis of the text of “Capital” and “Contribution to the Critique of Political Economy”. When considering Marx’s concepts, mathematical apparatus of network planning is used. That helps to clarify the concept of “value”, “measure of value” et al., as well as to identify new understanding of the functions of money, according to Marx, including those that he has not expressed explicitly.

KEYWORDS: money, functions of money, “Capital”, scientific Marxism, network schedule.

INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE “PROJECT NOOSPHERE”

Shuvaev Georgy Vasilievich, Candidate of Physics and Mathematics

Abstract

The article compares the polar viewpoints on the ways of development of mankind, namely: evolutionary and revolutionary. It states the failure of the concept of “zero growth”, in particular, stopping the growth of demographic processes through the use of GMO products, drugs, anti-culture, the spread of incurable diseases (AIDS, etc.), wars, hunger and poverty; it also offers constructive solutions to the problem associated with the creation of the noosphere society, the transition from extensive to intensive development model and environmental economics.

KEYWORDS: institute, noosphere, sustainable development, global threats, human, environmental economics.

CONDITIONS OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN RUSSIA

Ryabin Anton Andreevich, post-graduate student, Ural Federal University

Berg Dmitry Borisovich, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, professor, Ural Federal University, Industrial Ecology Institute of Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences

Medvedeva Marina Alexandrovna, Candidate of Physics and Mathematics, assistant professor, Ural Federal University

Abstract

We have observed project management in a small construction business in this work from a sustainable development principals perspective. The aim of this work is to model a dimension the possible configurations of two systems — construction part of a project as a controlled system and a financial part of a project as a control system. We used the morphological analysis method and studying relations between systems elements in conformity to the Ashby’s law of requisite variety perspective in modeling process. Total set of the possible conditions of the systems were determined by morphological analysis method. The study results allow to set a target for perfection in the project management in construction field by additional financial instruments creation for particular project types. The work was written as a part of RFBR project № 15-06-04863.

KEYWORDS: sustainable development, management, the law of requisite variety, Ashby’s principle, systems analysis, external financing instruments, morphological analysis.

REGULATORS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FOR INFRASTRUCTURE, TRANSPORT AND LOGISTIC SYSTEMS

Belov Georgy Leonidovich, Candidate of Economics, associate professor of the Economy Department at the Chuvash State Pedagogical University named after I.Ya. Yakovlev

Abstract

The article contains approaches of identification of sustainable regional development factors and assessment of risks; it allows to use most of possibilities of particular regions to develop forecasts taking into account change of priorities, as well as operate questions of economic growth and social and economic stability of functioning of regional infrastructure, transport and logistic systems more effectively. On the example of the Volga Federal District conditions and risks of development of regional infrastructure and transport and logistic systems are revealed. The conclusion that in the conditions of the increasing risks of functioning of infrastructure and transport and logistic systems it is necessary to use regulators of ensuring sustainable regional development is drawn. The work was written as a part of RFH project №15-12-21009.

ASSESSMENT OF THE SUSTAINABILITY LEVEL FOR AGRICULTURE

Telyuk Maxim Sergeevich, post-graduate student of Department of Theory and Socio-economic Statistics at the Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov

Abstract

The article is devoted to evaluating the current level of agricultural development in different countries based on the principles of sustainable development. This evaluation was made by determining the Euclidean distance between the actual values of the country and the reference (standard) values of indicators that characterize agriculture. As a result, a brief description of the (current) level of agricultural development in the Russian Federation is given.

KEYWORDS: agriculture, sustainable development, Euclidean distance, level of development.
