ELECTROMAGNETIC NATURE OF ORIGIN OF SPACE AND TIME

Petrov Nikolai Vasilievich, academician of the International Academy of Ecology and Safety of Man and Nature, member of the International Club of Scientists, scientific adviser at OOO “ECOPROBE”

Abstract

Time and space are connected with the movement and processes of transformation and changes the physical reality according to the law of electromagnetic oscillations. Since all forms of matter and radiation are electromagnetic in origin and are therefore oscillatory systems, then the modern problem of time and space solved quite simply Previous difficulties and inconsistencies arose because in theoretical physics, not considering living processes, has tried to adapt the geometry of physical time and space living systems. The key to understanding the laws give oscillations.

KEYWORDS: space, time, discreteness, continuity, life, oscillatory process.

Bolshakov Boris Evgenievich, Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, full member of RANS, head of Sustainable Innovative Development Department of “Dubna” University, co-head of International Scientific School of Sustainable Development n.a. P.G. Kuznetsov

Abstract

The incentive for writing this work was the article of academician N.V. Petrov “Electromagnetic nature of origin of space and time” which I received on August 15, 2017 and under the impression of which I prepared my brief reflection. My comments will consist of two parts. In the first part I give a response to some key statements of the author. In the second part I want to show that all the fundamental concepts, including those related to the electromagnetic phenomena underlying the work of N.V. Petrov, can be expressed in a unified noospheric spatiotemporal LT-language. This article is devoted to this language.

KEYWORDS: universal noospheric LT-language, multidimensional spatiotemporal coordinate system, genome of Universe, genetic memory, energy-information flows, electromagnetic oscillations, law of conservation of rhythmocyclic development of life.

EXPERIMENTAL MODELING OF THE SYSTEM OF ANALYSIS OF ENERGY-ECOLOGICAL CONSEQUENCES OF CATASTROPHES OF VARIOUS GENESES

Knaub Roman Viktorovich, Candidate of Geography, an associate professor at the Nature Management Department at Tomsk State University, RANS corresponding member

Abstract

The article presents the results of an experimental simulation of the system of analysis of energy-ecological consequences of catastrophes of various genesis, using the example of the countries of the world for the period from 1998 to 2011. At the first stage, the task of modeling was posed. Then, the experiment was described and the simulation results analyzed.

KEYWORDS: catastrophes of various geneses, experimental modeling, consequences of catastrophes.

CYBERNETICS APPROACH USAGE FOR ECONOMIC SYSTEM MANAGEMENT: PROGRAM FORMULATION AND CONTROL VECTOR ENGINEERING

Berg Dmitry Borisovich, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, professor at Ural Federal University

Zvereva Olga Mikhailovna, senior lecturer at Ural Federal University

Abstract

The main goal of this research is to determine types of control which support system self-production. The second order cybernetics concepts have built a research theoretical foundation and SNA-methodology and agent-based modeling have proved to be its methodological basis. Under condition of economics mainstream crisis, an approach that combines meta-theory with new information technologies shows one of the possible solutions. Possible control types and their practical realizations are under discussion in this paper. The engineered set of agent-based models has confirmed the self-production possibility under certain conditions.

KEYWORDS: cybernetics, self-production, system analysis, agent-based modeling, SNA-methodology.

APPENDIX 2. CONSTRUCTION OF SELF-ORGANIZATION OF DEVELOPING SYSTEMS (IN 2 PARTS)

Protopopov Alexander Ivanovich, member of International scientific school of sustainable development n.a. P.G. Kuznetsov

This work is simultaneously a scientific study and a manual on the theory and technology of creating self-organizing (sustainably developing) production systems, which, on the one hand, continuously improve their efficiency, staff incomes and profit of the owner, and on the other hand release the organizer of production from the need to control the production process through primary data, from routine, exorbitant physical and emotional loads.
The first part of the work describes the natural mechanisms of self-organization of inanimate and living nature, defines the development process, reveals the parameters of developing systems of living nature, and on this basis describes the processes of self-organization of the development of social systems.
The second part of the work shows how the knowledge obtained in the first part of the work is used to construct the self-organization of production systems.

ON LOOKING FOR APPROACHES TO COUNTERING GLOBAL THREATS

Beliakov-Bodin Victor Igorevich, Candidate of Technical Sciences, RANS corresponding member

Abstract

The article discusses the approach to find ways of countering global threats that could endanger the existence of Mankind as a whole or, at least, the existence of Civilization. The General properties of global catastrophes of various types as well as their features are considered. It is proposed to use the experience of the Club of Rome, adding modern information technology to its way of action, in order to analyze the possibilities to counter the catastrophes.

KEYWORDS: global threats, catastrophes, future of mankind, the Club of Rome.
