THE POSSIBILITIES OF CREATION AND USE OF MEDIA ARCHIVES IN THE SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE SCHOOL OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Podgornov Alexey Nikolaevich, master student of Sustainable Innovative Development Department, State University “Dubna”

Volkov Vitaliy Aleksandrovich, master student of Sustainable Innovative Development Department, State University “Dubna”

Abstract

Every year, questions of the creation, organisation and functioning of archives of electronic documents to authorities and organizations are increasingly urgent. It should be expected that in the next few years, the archives of electronic documents to serious sources of information for decision-making be at all levels of management. In this context, the Problem of the storage of electronic information resources and the way will be overcome, how these issues, of crucial importance in the methodology of the organization of this type of archives won. Universities, schools, and other institutions from the field of education are also trying to keep up with the times, increasingly, the introduction of electronic resources in their work. Already widely used resources such as electronic journal, electronic diary, as well as a series of correspondence courses, but the teachers from direct responsibility to lead a constant and daily training for teaching is not exempt. Do you agree that it is not easy to separate from all the accumulated Material, if it is not automated, you will find the desired topic quickly. The created by us System is not only knowledge, but also the preparation time to significantly reduce, but will help you to find the necessary Material. We will note that for teachers, the school of sustainable development, such a System has not yet been offered to the scientific importance of the report. The urgency of this report is that it is on a technical level, it is difficult to facilitate the work of teachers and to help to transfer the Material on paper media.

APPENDIX. ANTIGRAVITY ON THE UNIVERSAL LT-LANGUAGE AND THE POSSIBILITY OF ITS USE IN REACTIVE AND NON-REACTIVE SPACE FLIGHT

Bolshakov Boris Evgenievich, Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, full member of RANS, head of Sustainable Innovative Development Department of “Dubna” University, co-head of International Scientific School of Sustainable Development n.a. P.G. Kuznetsov

The monograph deals with author’s ideas about the nature of the problem and the possibility of its precise description in the universal LT-language. The author’s position on the key issues of gravity – antigravity – is presented.
It is shown that gravity and antigravity represent the fundamental laws of the Unified System of the cosmoplanetary Life evolving in the Time-Space of the Universe.
For the first time anti-gravity equations are proposed in the universal LT-language. The possibilities and prospects of their application in rocket and non-rocket spaceflight methods are discussed.
Identified and disclosed signs that give grounds to talk about the existence of a substantial field, which is in interaction with the gravitational and electromagnetic fields; The space-time and physical properties and characteristics of the field are presented.
The work is based on an experimentally confirmed and theoretically developed idea of a single substantial Space-Time, manifested in invariants of the laws of the LT-system and, especially, in the law of conservation of the rhythmocyclic development of Life as a cosmic phenomenon expressed in universal LT-language.
It is shown that the maximization of flight parameters is achieved in LT-technologies – LT-antigravitons, which ensure the harmonization of flight parameters (safety, speed, time, range, weight, useful power, efficiency, cost, etc.) with parameters of the Unified law of conservation of the rhythmocyclic development of Life or rhythmicyclic growth of useful power. The properties of LT-antigravitons that do not have world analogues are discussed.
It is of interest both for a wide range of readers and for specialists.

Abstract

The creation of the Russian cosmic society is a natural logical step in the development of modern Russia — a step due to both the noospheric and cosmic breakthrough, which expresses the emergence of the space age of Mankind, and the fact that Russia (as the USSR) in the middle of the twentieth century became the world’s first space power of Mankind. The Russian cosmic society should become the center of social pedagogy of the noosphere-cosmic direction and, accordingly, an experimental platform for the noosphere-cosmic creativity of the youth of Russia.

KEYWORDS: Russian cosmism, Earth as a cosmic object, noospheric sustainable development, Russian cosmic society.

ENERGY EFFECT OF THE NATIONAL PATTERN OF WATER AND PLANTS

Kachaeva Marina Albertovna, historian-ethnographer, master of folk crafts, teacher of additional education

Abstract

For the first time the author empirically demonstrates the existence of objective energy-informational influence of Russian folk patterns of geometric type on a living organism (seeds of wheat). For the first time, as a result of measurements using an electrometric method, the ability of patterns of this type affect the water quality indicators (temperature, acid-base balance, electrical conductivity) is being revealed.

KEYWORDS: national textile pattern, energy effect, sign, symmetry, acid-alkali balance, electrical conductivity, temperature, seed germination of wheat.

NOOSPHERIC IMPERATIVE OF ARCTIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE XXI CENTURY

Subetto Alexander Ivanovich, Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Economics, Candidate of Engineering, professor, Honored Scientist of Russia, vice-rector for education quality at Smolny University of Russian Academy for Education, senior researcher at the Center for Monitoring the quality of education at Kostroma State University named after N.A. Nekrasov, President of Noospheric Public Academy of Sciences, member of the Presidium of Petrovskaya Academy of Arts and Sciences, a member of the Board Council of the International Foundation named after N.D. Kondratiev

Abstract

The Arctic and Antarctic segments of the Earth’s biosphere have a special role in homeostatic mechanisms, since they are the most “sensitive” subsystems in the general system of direct and feedback links, signaling certain ecological processes dangerous for planetary dynamic equilibrium. This puts more stringent demands on the arctic economy, because the negative environmental consequences of the “economic” pressure on the living matter of the biosphere have longer-term consequences and can become detonators of disastrous ecological processes on a planetary scale. The article is written on the basis of a report prepared for the First Scientific, Practical and Educational Arctic Conference aboard the “Krasin” icebreaker on January 23, 2018.

KEYWORDS: development of the Arctic, noospheric charter of the North, era of noosphere, survival of humankind.

Abstract

In article tools on increase in effective management of consequences of accidents of various genesis for achievement of sustainable development of territories are offered. The analysis of dynamics of accidents of natural and technogenic character in the world from 1970 for 2015 is submitted. It is established that for increase in effective management of consequences of accidents it is necessary to consider on average reduction of useful power of the countries of the world for 4,2 % a year as a result of action of accidents of various genesis.

KEYWORDS: disasters, management efficiency, sustainable development of territories.

Abstract

The methodology of value proposition design using digital modelling for designing an innovative product and bringing it to the market is considered by the example of developing of transparent, impact-resistant, ceramic material. Consolidation of expert opinions by the DELPHI assessment method allows to develop a project for the creation of a new product coordinated from the point of view of various participants in the way-to-market process: marketers, technologists, investors and other stakeholders. The estimation of the resources needed for the project implementation was made and specific recommendations were elaborated for the company going to develop of the innovative product in order to concentrate its efforts on critical issues of developing of its capability: technologies, competencies and management system.

KEYWORDS: innovations, impact-resistant materials, DELPHI assessment, digital model of product, almaGRID — platform solution for digital modelling.
