Abstract

In the article, the authors give a detailed description of the concept of welfare as a socio-economic category. It is emphasized that the welfare of the family depends on the situation in society, on the socio-economic, ethno-cultural and political processes of society, as well as on the problems of distribution and use of resources. The level and quality of life in an institutional context can serve as important characteristics of the well-being of the population.

CALCULATING THE ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF IMPLEMENTING AN INFORMATION SYSTEM

Abstract

Currently, information systems are created primarily to support and develop the institution, in our case, the Department of youth policy of Dubna. The main audience of the site is the potential and present population of Dubna. Additional audiences often include potential and actual investors, employees, and stakeholders of the institution, such as the media. The calculation of economic efficiency from the introduction of information systems is the main issue of payback.

Abstract

The idea of humanism runs a red thread at different periods in the history of Russian philosophy and science, especially clearly declaring itself at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. In this regard, it is interesting to look at the design philosophy of Russian cosmism, which arose in the Silver Age under the pen of the thinker N. Fedorov. A project is a form of productive thinking that connects different patterns of the world and builds on a person’s ability to imagine. This philosophy was picked up in the activities of such domestic scientists as K.E. Tsiolkovsky, A.L. Chizhevsky, V.I. Vernadsky, N. Moiseyev, etc. The philosophy of Russian cosmism marked the line between scientific prognosis, social utopia and real humanism.

Abstract

The problem of formation of science about technologies which are applied in various spheres of activity of society is considered. It is shown that the relevance of this problem at the present stage of transition from technological to information society increases significantly. Abstract

Territories with preferential taxation have been created in different countries for many years. The most important goal of developing such territories is the attracting direct investment into national economy, elaboration of some local regions, stimulation of investment attractiveness, population employment, i.e. the economic growth of the state. The analysis of the experience of special economic zones development in some foreign countries and in Russia shows that all the free zones are at the different stages, and they differ by their economic, political and legal basis. The support of government program of their organization and development with specific goals and tasks in terms of district sustainable development is necessary for successful activity of free economic zones.
