Abstract

The concept of noospheric education is a system of scientific, theoretical, methodological and practical views on the nature of education, its goals and the possibilities of harmonious upbringing and education of an acmeological personality capable of building a steadily developing society. All the principles of noospheric education are reduced to the basic principle of conformity to nature, i.e. correspondence of goals, methodology, techniques, technology, educational process, textbooks to the nature of the body, brain, psyche of the student.

KEYWORDS: conformity to nature, noospheric education, bio-adequate textbooks, universal principles of morality.

Abstract

Network model of inter-industrial balance is used to analyze the work of the system of mining enterprises. Network model displays processes characterized by values of impact, metrics and response and the structure of the connection of the elements of the system. The model calculates changes in restructuring processes. This allows you to calculate the options for structural solutions or forecasts for economic ties. Network models are based on tensor method in the theory of systems under changing in discrete space structure. When you change the structure remains a constant amount of metric tensors two dual networks. This corresponds to the constant of the amount of energy flow, power, by the dualistic electrical circuits when changing connections of their branches. Network models provide an opportunity of calculation of complex systems, which reduces the volume and time calculations. This reduces the amount of big data, giving information about the behavior of the system when structural changes in real time. Network model of inter-industrial balance production system displays the processes of production and the structure of economic relations. It is used to calculate the product flows when changing the ties, as well as for parts in order to reduce calculation time. This allows you to solve the problem of big data when designing and managing complex systems. Analysis of the structural changes needed in conditions of high economic and technological developments. Calculation of input-output balance on parts accelerates the computation, provides real-time analysis. Calculation of network model for parts submitted for example, mining production.

KEYWORDS: network models, product flows, the inter-branch balance, big data, decomposition, parallel calculations, mining industry.

THE PROBLEM OF INTEGRATED MEASUREMENT OF ECOLOGICAL AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

Shamaeva Ekaterina Fiodorovna, Candidate of Technical Sciences, docent, leading researcher of ISESP, FCTAS RAS, docent of the GIS Department, Institute of Systems Analysis and Management of State University “Dubna”, member of the International Scientific School of Sustainable Development n.a. P.G. Kuznetsov

Shadrov Konstantin Nikolaevich, applicant of the GIS Department, Institute for Systems Analysis and Management of the State University “Dubna”, member of the International Scientific School of Sustainable Development n.a. P.G. Kuznetsov, federal expert of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs of the Russian Federation

Abstract

In the current regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, the concept of energy efficiency is not clearly differentiated, is often confused and even identified with the concept of energy intensity of GDP. For this reason, public policy is doomed to face a number of significant difficulties due to unclear ideas about the goal, object of management and control parameters. To improve the quality of control, it is desirable to use a single measure that accurately characterizes the purpose and state of the control object, and thereby radically simplifies the control task. This measure can be units of energy and power.

KEYWORDS: energy efficiency, energy flows, socio-economic systems, legislation of Russian Federation, energy measures.

RESEARCH OF EFFICIENCY AND APPLICABILITY OF REMOTE EARTH SENSING DATA PROCESSING METHODS

Nikonov Eduard Germanovich, Doctor of Science (Phys & Math), professor, Dubna State University, Institute of the system analysis and management

Samsonov Alexey Dmitrievich, student, Dubna State University, Institute of the system analysis and management

Abstract

This work is devoted to the analysis of methods for processing data of remote sensing of the Earth, as well as a review of the characteristics of the corresponding software products. In the modern world, GIS technologies are very actively used in the tasks of forecasting, monitoring the territory, assessing the degree of emergencies danger, etc. Most of the methods for solving this type of problems are based on models implemented in paper or electronic form. However, there are methods based not on a model, but on fixing the state of the Earth as a celestial object. Such methods include remote sensing of the Earth using near-Earth artificial satellites. In this paper, the methodology and the corresponding methods of processing the data of remote sensing of the Earth, as well as software products based on the above methods, which allow processing these data, are considered. The paper considers and analyzes the problems arising in the processing of Earth remote sensing data, provides a list of tasks and methods used to solve these problems, as well as comparative characteristics of software products used to solve the above-mentioned tasks.

KEYWORDS: ERS data, Earth remote sensing data, geographic information systems, data processing, image processing, big data.
