Abstract

The article presents a new direction in the science of sustainable development — energy ecology of catastrophes of various genesis. The definition, purpose, tasks, object of research is given, basic terms of the formalized principle of energy ecology of catastrophes and science of sustainable development are presented. The relationship (or correlation) between the science of sustainable development and the energy ecology of catastrophes is established. Stability and sustainable development of socio-economic systems in conditions of external impacts of disasters are determined. The formalization of the consequences of catastrophes makes it possible to improve the management efficiency of sustainable development of territories in conditions of increasing impacts of disasters of various genesis.
